Ground Beef Patties

Yumlecious Ground Beef Patties a perfect crispy and crunchy appetizer or an evening snack!!
Ground beef puff pastry has always been a super hit at our home. It's loved by all the kids in our family. I usually use store brought puff pastry which makes it easy to whip up these yummy snacks in no time. Make the filling and bake these irresistible delicious puffs that simply melt in the mouth.

Ingredients
For filling:-
Canola Oil 1 tbsp
Ground beef1/2 lb
Medium Onion, chopped
Ginger/garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Garam masala 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Ground cumin 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Handful chopped cilantro
Other ingredients
Puff pastry- 3 sheets (thawed)
Direction:-
Thaw puff pastry. Heat wok over medium heat and add oil. Add chopped onions once oil hot and let it cook till golden in color, add ginger/garlic paste, salt and ground beef mix well and break any lumps that's form.
Add chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, ground cumin and salt. Combine well and cook till the ground beef cooked and all the liquid has dried off, the filling should be dry.
Finally, add chopped cilantro remove wok from the heat, let the filling cool.
Cut puff pastry sheets in equal rectangle strips and into three halves. Place ground beef filling onto the center of the smaller rectangle and fold the pastry over the filling paste the edges together. Using a fork, gently press on the edges of the puff pastry to get a nice fork impression. Preheat oven to 400F. Place patties on baking tray lined with baking sheet and spray patties with cooking spray Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or till the puff pastry has turned crispy and golden in color.
Remove from the oven, let cool down. serve these yumlecious patties with ketchup and hot cups of tea
